Public Path Diversion Order 2024
The above order was made on the 17th October 2024.
The effect of the Order is to Stop up part of Foot path 163 Commences at ( NGR 313666E, 209806N ) at the junction of path 65 and path 56, proceeding in a north westerly direction towards( NGR 313655E, 209850N ) and to create an alternative footpath from ( NGR 313655E, 209850N ) and proceeds in an North Easterly direction, terminating at Point C( NGR 313687E, 209870N ) on the westerly pavement of the most south easterly fork of USRN 3101026 (Ashvale Industrial Estate Access Road)
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at the General Offices, Steelworks Road, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DN during normal office hours (Mondays to Friday). Copies of the Order and map may be obtained on request or by emailing rightsofway@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the above email address or to the Hywel Clatworthy, The General Offices, Steelworks Road, Ebbw Vale NP23 6DN to be received not later than 29 November 2024. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
